Two founders, one uncompromising standard.
In 2009, Shrikant Ingle and Kadambari Kulkarni opened a small consultancy in Pune with a licensed office, a laminated code of ethics on the wall, and a rule they refused to bend: no candidate pays a rupee more than the law allows, and no employer receives a profile that hasn't been personally verified.
That rule is still the reason people come back to us — welders on their second European contract, HR heads placing their fourth batch of factory hires, and families who trust us with their sons and daughters travelling abroad for the first time. Today we deploy across ten European countries and run enterprise-grade RPO, payroll and bulk-hiring mandates for Indian and international employers.
